DIVISIONALS MEET – SATURDAY – TOMBALL AQUATIC CENTER
Divisionals will be held at the Tomball ISD Aquatic Center – It is a free standing building on the left hand side of Zion Rd. across from the Jr. High before you get to the High School.
Directions -Take 249 North, Right turn on Zion Rd (it is on your right after you pass Lone Star College). Aquatic center is on your left .6 miles.
Meet Check-In Information on Saturday:
7:30 am - Check-In (circle your name on the blue board when you arrive in our tent area)
7:30 am – Scratch
7:50 – 8:15 am – Warm-Ups – LISTEN for Coaches to announce when heading inside for warm-ups.
*Raveneaux warm-up lanes are 5,6,7,8
VERY IMPORTANT---7:30am...ALL swimmers MUST be AT the pool and circled in BY 7:30am. Tent parents will be verifying who is actually AT the meet. NO circling in for other people. This is a meet with 5 other teams (many of whom are adamant about enforcing the rules) and ALL scratches must be made early. If your swimmer is not AT the Tomball Aquatic Center by the time scratches are made they WILL be pulled from the medley relay (free relay for 6&U). There will be NO exceptions to this, so as a courtesy to your teammates allow plenty of time to arrive at Tomball Aquatic Center prior to 7:30am.
Entry rules for Divisionals are slightly different than dual meets. Each team is only allowed to enter one relay per event, so most of the children will only be swimming in individual events. The maximum individual events allowed is 3, but each swimmer must have legally completed (without being DQed) all 3 of those strokes in a dual meet prior to this meet. This means that some of the swimmers ages 4-8 will only be swimming in 2 events on Sat.
It is IMPERATIVE that all tent parents arrive in plenty of time to help their swimmers get prepared for the long day. Parents please reinforce to your swimmers the importance of NEVER being alone at any time during the meet and if you take them from their tent, you MUST communicate that with the tent parent in charge. There will be approximately 900 swimmers (plus their families) at the meet and we must ALL do our best to keep all RACERS safe and hydrated throughout the day.

There will be no Racer sponsored after divisional party this year, but Raveneaux Pool will be open till 7:00pm Saturday evening.
REMEMBER 5:00 – 7:00 PM. Invitational Sign Ups – Bring your checkbook to pay for INVITATIONAL entry fees.
PLEASE NOTE – No SPRAY PAINTED HAIR on grounds or in the pool or use of washable markers. Only SHARPE markers to write event information only.
